18 months ago I created a website, with 5 keyword targetted pages on it in the Law niche to create leads for the customer through organic traffic, I am on the first page for 4 of the keywords and leads are slowly coming in with the average spend of 1400 from each new customer.
After 2 years my part of the deal will be finished, though I do host the site on my hosting, but instead of charging them a annual hosting charge, I am interested in doing a jv with them. They have a high ticket product which I could promote on the site, and drive more traffic to the pages.
Do you have any more ideas on what i could do to monetize the site to be beneficial on a 50/50 basis for me and the client, and if we were going to do a jv with there product, how do you advise I could track sales to ensure I dont lose out.
