Quite sure you can find several that offer all you want and more (except the pay part).

It looks like email marketing selling an ebook, utilizing a merchant account.
Push some buttons, send some emails.
You don't even have to type it up, just use a canned response.
If they pay, push some buttons, it will be transferred into your bank account.
No deposits required.
