About to start my first mailer campaign, question about lists

I'm aiming for local restaurants, and want to make sure that I can hit them all without duplication. Would you recommend getting a physical Yellow Page book, or a specific Yp scraper, or some other resource? All mailings will be addressed by hand, so I don't necessarily need a digital list unless that makes it easier somehow. Any suggestions?

I usually just google and check out google maps and whatever is in the SERPS. Then I check Manta and see if I missed anything.

Have you ever tried LeadNetPro. I sell many products needed for small businesses and this is a great tool to get a ton of emails, but you must be willing to fork out $400 to do it, but well worth it in my opinion

Never tried LeadNetPro, but I'm sending physical mailers, not email. I may just go to yp's site and go down the list of restaurants systematically over time.
