Craigslist is actually a high authority and PR website. Internet marketers post classifieds and try to create backlinks using Craigslist. And Job section is widely used due to large number of traffic expected in that section

Yeah, i agree with this, it's because of that traffic on that section why the marketers wants to post in there.

Besides getting high value backlinks there are of course also many buyers daily using craiglist and other free online classified sites.

So Offliners advertise their services to other businesss

No. All craiglist pages have: <meta name="robots" content="NOARCHIVE,NOFOLLOW">

As well craiglist adds rel="nofollow" to all links.

    So no effect on SEO.

At least take two seconds to look before making a post to the contrary. It is there.

However, you are more then welcome to keep spamming your link.

its not the nofollow you need those for link diversity anyway, it is the noarchive that makes them worthless.

The no follow is still active just look at the source code of any Craigslist ad that
has a link in it. Craigslist inserts the no follow tag.

Any exposure is a helpful exposure. When you have an ad up in Craigslist, your ad automatically gain some exposure by people and search engines. This pays itself off over time.
