Offline Website Design contract?

Hello,

I am in the process of offering to create a website which includes a mobile version and monthly hosting and was wondering if anyone would share with me where I can find a good contract/agreement to use? Any help would be appreciated!

    Just do a google search online. For simple sites it shouldn't be hard. Web design I make my own contracts and it's simple. Something like SEO I recommend a lawyer cause that's not as simple as building a design.

    The main parts you need are (off the top of my head, can't remember it fully)

    description of work
    time frame
    design details
    hosting details
    domain details
    who owns it and when do the fully own it
    payment schedule
    additional fees

    One part I never put but I realized now is details on if one party breaks the contract or termination fees or something.

    Well you can find out some good company if you make an ad on newspaper. I am petty sure you will find some good offers from established companies and from new ones as well. Then you have make your own decision.

    To make ad on newspaper you can follow as RimaNaj's instruction. I mean you have to add these things into your ad.

    1. Description of work
    2. Time frame
    3. Design details
