By 2017... a mere 3 years and 8 months from today...Baby Boomers and "Sexy Seniors" will make up more than 50% of the U.S. population. More important to us marketers, they will control 70% of all disposable income in the country.

Yeah... 70%!

    On of the reasons "service trades" such as landscaping are showing above average growth.

    A lot of these homeowners are retiring with disposable income at hand and don't want to (or can't) do maintenance work anymore.

    And here's another shocker - they're educated and cast a jaundiced eye over any claims that go against their experience of working for a living. This means they're not interested in text marketing or mobile marketing and frankly avoid it if possible. Referrals are how they make the majority of their buying decisions.

      Yes there are whole books and newsletters written about them.

      The younger Baby Boomers are now inheriting their deceased parents homes, investments and cash.

      Bingo, another sector in need of help to invest and spend.

      This needs clarification.... it isn't that they're NOT interested in technology. For those that have businesses, these things can be used to grow their businesses and to GENERATE THE REFERRAL.

      What matters is HOW WE MARKET these things to them, and IMPLIMENT these things for them.
