Over $1000 this month so far leveraging other agencies/consultants clients
I started working on it earlier in the year and in the last 3-4 weeks it has really started paying off for me.
Basically the main service I offer is PPC management, its where I have the most experience and its also what I enjoy to do, so its the main service I really try to push.
What I came to realize is that in my area and the surrounding cities there were many agencies, all offering a wide variety of services including SEO, SMM, Web Design, Rep Management, PPC, among other things, the other thing I noticed was that a large amount of these agencies had certain services they offered and others they did not.
What I decided to do, just as a test, was to contact some of these agencies to see if they might be interested in offering their clients my PPC service on a white label basis and to my surprise I had an pretty good response, I sent roughly 30-40 emails and as a result secured 5 appointments, out of these appointments all expressed some level of interest and 2 in particular.
Anyway this was towards the end of January and through February I heard nothing and to be honest I had really assumed it wasn't going to happen, then out of the blue at the beginning of March one of the agencies a company who specialized in Ecommerce web design contacted me with the news they had a couple of potential clients for me, over the next 2 weeks these 2 clients became a reality making me a total of £500 upfront and at least £300/month recurring, whats even better is these are clients who are brand new to PPC and are just testing with small budgets, but also have lots of potential to grow their campaigns and as a result over time this will increase my management which is % based.
As well as this first agency, I also got a phone call from the second one towards the end of last month, which also resulted in a job at £250 upfront plus at least £150/month.
The reason I wanted to share this is these really were 3 of the easiest new clients I got this year and I'm also sure this would work with any service, all you need to do is find agencies that aren't offering something you specialize in and just approach them, it really is that simple.
