I never use the War Room.

I literally upgraded just to give back to the people who own this forum. Figured I had gotten more than enough free info so felt I should pay something back.

I truly believe you have to pay it forward and pay it back.

It's the reason I normally tip 20% plus. The way I figure it is if I tip well I can make up for the few who don't tip. On holidays I normally tip 50 to 100% if I am at a restaurant.

I like your style, l tip sometimes before l am seated at a restaurant, if l am with business clients and l want the possible service. That normally gets me what l need and the table l want... with above average service....

Couldn't agree more. I can't stand people who don't tip, or don't tip at all - and then expect bend-over-backwards service. Such small-mindedness.

I like this. Jim Rohn used to say that. He said 'TIP' was an acronym for ''To Insure Promptness". I always liked that. He said he'd tip the waiters before being seated, saying: "If I give you this x dollars, will you make sure you take good care of us?". Smooth.
