    At this point, in this century if a business does not have a website they are probably not a great prospect anyway! You want to go after the ones with BAD websites or no traffic!

    This is all determined by where you're looking. Find methods of advertising that businesses without websites are using, and you'll find valuable sources.

        I would rather go after businesses with bad/ugly websites, than businesses with NO website.

        Most businesses I've encountered with no website, have no website for a reason ("we don't need one", they're too cheap to spend money on a website, whatever).

        Better to target businesses who already understand the value of having a website, and help them improve it and get better results from it, IMHO.

          Thanks alot... but i think i need to find new marketing... Offline marketing is going to die in my opinion, 99% of all the new bus' already buy site them self search in google "site building for business"
          its matter of time until all the business will got normal website....

            I can make a hamburger myself but that's not going to stop me from buying one from McDonalds. It seems like you've given up before you really gave it a shot.

            But where's your evidence? How many calls did you make? How many letters did you send?

            Why ask for help if your just going to dismiss what's offered without trying?

      Hi Gil12.....biz owners don't give a "rat's behind" about "WebSites"!

      What they WANT is....MORE LEADS!

      Example: Google, "Plumber in (YourTown)" or just, "Plumber (YourTown)" and see which plumbers show up on the pages AFTER the first page!

      THESE people are MISSING business! If your biz is NOT on the 1st Page for that KeyWord, you are DEAD IN THE WATER!

      So....look into creating "Promo Videos" and getting them Ranked on the 1st page....then send an email (or phone) Plumbers in that town telling them "you have a Video on the 1st page of G for the KeyWord "Plumber (Town)" ...which gets lots of calls from local consumers looking for a Plumber in (Town)

      Are you near a computer?" (Have him type in the KeyWord while on the phone) Tell him HE can be receiving these calls from Local Consumers looking for a Plumber. You will Rent this Video to ONE Plumber in (Town) for X$ per month.!


      My goodness man. They don't give a poop about "WebSites" or, for that matter..."Videos"! However YOUR Video happens to be a "Sales Tool" that can BRING HIM LOADS OF LOCAL BUSINESS!

        Google city + profession. Then look at the Google maps (all of them). If Google doesn't have a link to their website odds are good they do not.

        I tried accountants, and found quite a few. Same for roofers.
