What Are Your Other Offline Marketing/Small Business Resources?

I'm hoping to get a thread together that encourages people to share where they get their offline marketing/small business fix other than the Warrior Forum.

This probably includes books, forums, websites, useful newsletters (is there such a thing?), podcasts etc

I really don't have anything else besides Reddit and Amazon books, looking for some podcasts specifically...Let's see what happens!
#business #marketing or small #offline #resources

Thanks Eddie, that inside marketing blog is a great resource. I've read just three posts and I've found a number of things I can do to improve my marketing. It's just simple stuff like using RE: in the subject line when I email prospects

As for myself beside the warrior forum I usually only visit resources specific to my industry and I doubt anyone would be interested in them.

EDIT: This is a great blog on copywriting copybloogger.com Mind you it's pretty famous so probably everyone knows about it

      Cheers Don

It's also a red flag if you obviously didn't send an email with that subject

Thanks for the advice. But to be fair to the author I think he's talking about small personalised mailings to a few prospects not blasting to a huge list.

          Cheers Don

Quora and Reddit have some very knowledgeable users. There are always great questions and excellent answers. Tons of ideas and tips to pick up for anyone. Warning: both can suck up a lot of your time!

Search the topic you're interested in (marketing, SEO, social media, etc)

There are other related sub-reddits (sections/topics for those who aren't familiar) as well.

Good call about Reddit, A lot of people read the front page and get a false impression Reddit is vacuous. If you go into the sub-reddits there are some really bright and helpful people.
