Question About Phone.com

Hey Friends,
I have a question about "whisper mode" on a phone.com number. I read somewhere that somebody was using it for lead gen and then just forwarding the number to a business who buys the lead. The whisper says something like internet phone call or something to the business so they know its a lead from you.
I've had a phone.com number for a while and when I was looking for the whisper mode options I dont see anything about it.

Where is it or does it not even have it?
Is it only under the small biz pack or whatever they call it?

Any help much appreciated

Never mind I figured it out I think. They call it a voice tag. Apparently it says a little something you typed in during setup when you forward the call. Here's the link to their call handling manual. I probably should have read that first...

Make sure you test the whisper function by having someone call you before you fwd it to a potential customer so that it sounds right - make spelling adjustments as necessary.

In the voice tag, be sure to spell Lead as Leed, otherwise the computer is going to pronounce it as Led. I had about 8 leads sent out before I realized the customer was hearing "A new Led from XYZ.com"
