How to Set-up Local Timeshare Lead-gen. Business??

I live in a city on the beach with its main source of income being that of tourism. I have actually worked directly for a couple different timeshare companies as an inside sales rep.
I would like to start a business where in which I would source and generate qualified leads and get paid a Lead Fee for each tour/customer that I send to the timeshare companies sales center where in which they agree to a 90 minute sales presentation.
One of the most popular type of tours I encountered when I worked directly for the timeshare developer, were those who were marketed for a free or extremely discounted 3day/2night mini vacation in exchange for them having to take a 90-120min presentation tour(sales pitch).

I want to work independently, supplying qualified tours in exchange for a lead Fee.
Any advice in how to set something like this up??

I'm not familiar with the area but when I recently visited an affluent seaside resort in South Africa, bandit signs seemed to be absolutely everywhere advertising real estate.

How much is a lead worth? and any value for leads from other states?

I have a system based around sweepstakes that gets me thousands of leads per month:

Interesting, thanks. Do you have a hook up on the West Coast?

BTW, my leads are unqualified, just have the basic demo's. Name, address, phone, income range.

I guess that these leads get turned over to a phone room to further sort?

Not sure how it worked but my parents bought 2 weeks of a time share (which I inherited) many years ago. The reason they went to the meeting? 2 Free plane tickets to anywhere in the world (complete with many blackout dates.) Some sort of incentive is obviously huge. Maybe just a dinner voucher would work 10 fold.

This sounds solid any white label programs. I've tried this with car sales I had some success but nothing to brag about and car salesmen are so sleazy.

This sounds very workable. Thanks given

Some advice would be to build business presence. It will cost some money but business cards, letterheads, email go a long way. I will be posting a thread for this specifically so I won't take over your thread with it.

I am new to this site... and you all seem like very knowledgeable people. Since I a new I can't send private messages. I don't want to make a new thread if this one already exists.

I am interested in selling qualified leads to timeshare companies. I used to do that a little on the side in NY, I used the prize box method and the people would fill out a form and leave it in the box then I would pick up the boxes once a week. I would like to start doing that again, but don't have any contacts anymore. Would you all have suggestions or can you direct me to someone you might? Thanks for your time... Andrew

I managed a large telemarketing/surveying call centre. The surveyors ring first and ask qualifying questions. If the person satisfies those requirements, the leads are handed over to the telemarketers who have the task of ringing and persuading people to attend the presentations.
Then the sales people have to try and get sales on the day.

Timeshare is great if you understand it and use it to best advantage. The ultimate goal is to get hundreds and even thousands of qualified leads and appts to attend the seminars.
