I would do the same thing with it, except, I cut out all the big ads and do direct mail with their ad attached.

What "truth" are you talkin' 'bout Willis?

How 'bout this truth from a report published May 2012 (new one due shortly):

The 2012 Yellow Pages Metered Ad study contained call-tracking results for 26,929 advertisers with the same size ad (and same UDAC) in the same heading tracked for both 2010 and 2011. These ads were in 1734 different directories (ranging from distributions of 2k up to 2.3 million) representing the five largest publishers and were found in 1033 different headings.

Overall, calls to Yellow Pages ads increased 17% in 2011.

Don't get me started on YP ROI ... it will make most in here cry with envy.

I've heard this and also received postcards from YP saying how even online YP ads are more effective they are than Google adwords.

Still hard to see how that's possible. I know few people who use YP anymore and I'm older and most people I associate with are older so it's not like my associates are kids who do everything online.

Consider the traffic on YP.com versus Google. Just why are people on YP.com?
