Seeking Commissioned based Telemarketing Opportunities

Without getting into MLM or scams are there any opportunities from legitimate companies that will let you sell their product over the phone for a decent commission?

Go ask the Google about Pay Per Call offers.

    Much, it will teach you.

Okay, I did, but from what I gather Pay per call is where I am paying to receive the call. It seems you think I was looking for commission based telemarketers to work for me.

Actually I have telemarketers that I have trained and employ for my business, but want to test drive them marketing other people's products on a commission basis. If it is cost effective I'll simply hire and train more telemarketers, that was my idea.

I did get a PM from someone interested in this, anyone who wants to create a scenario for me I'm all ears.

Nope, I'm suggesting that you run pay-per-call campaigns ... for example, let's say a debt consolidation company wants to talk to people about their services.

You call people and ask if they're interested in debt consolidation. If they are, your agent transfers them to the consolidation company and gets paid for it.

Another example ... you call people and find those who are interested in going back to college, you then transfer the call to qualified advisors who pay you for each transfer.

I spend a LOT of money each month buying incoming transfers in the education space.

I am most interested in this... but all I can find via google are the typical affiliate networks offers. How do you eliminate the middle man?

I would definitely be interested in this, however, I'd have to get on a new dialer platform to do a live transfer, right now this would be what I would call 'selling leads'. We'd just have to take their name and number and send it to the other person, that is one feature it lacks. I like my dialer system and it took me a while to learn and train my agents. It works well and is affordable, they can make 15-30 contacts per hour depending on how long they talk, the percentage of bad numbers in the list, and what time of day they are calling.

Do you know of the best dialer platforms that support live transfers?

I'd like to hear you out on that, I'm always open to new ideas.

It could be either and it would depend on your business. Send me a PM letting me know what you are thinking. I have received a few PMs and am trying to work with people who send me scenarios that appear workable.

Personally, if I were getting started with this, I begin with pay-per-call networks like the ones I found through Google:

The Ultimate List of Pay-Per-Call Networks | Premium23

Note, I've not worked with any of these but I've heard of several ... research carefully.

I would sign up for one or more, make sure that the advertisers are okay with getting hot transfers from another call center, and then test a few offers.

Once you find offers you're able to do well on (credit repair, home improvement, edu, whatever) and you establish a track record of success, then you can start calling major players in that industry to put together direct deals.

If you're looking for modest start up costs, I would consider Five9 ... Call Center Software | Cloud Contact Center Solutions | Five9

They're good at both inbound and outbound, their predictive dialer is quite good, and 3rd-party transfers are cake.

Now, having said that ... I have NO idea how technical you are, but I've found that people who I've hired to help administer the dialer are able to learn the system fairly quickly if they have an intermediate level of expertise.

The best way is to utilize your telemarketing skills to land your own contracts.

For instance; there are a million insurance agents and mortgage brokers out there who are dying for leads, and pay telemarketing agencies and independent telemarketers hundreds and even thousands per month for lead generation services. There are also tons of people right here on the WF who will gladly pay you to make phone sales for them. Landing your own customers and contracts is the best way to weed out the middle man and make the most money.

A couple of days of telemarketing to insurance agents and mortgage brokers could easily land you enough contracts to begin making a decent monthly income. If you could find a SINGLE agency to buy 20 leads per week from you at $35.00 per lead, you would have a $2400 per month income right there (more than an average telemarketer gets paid in a call center)

Lead generation in that genre is a 30-60 second easy elevator pitch.

My advice is to get your own contract, then you have the option later of letting someone else do the actual work.

Or you could create your own product or service offering and telemarket that, and make as much money as you want.

Don't let your skills go to waste!

It's just as easy to spend a day telemarketing for your own contract, as it is to telemarket for someone else and make less money.

However, I think your mere post here may have landed you some opportunity in and of itself.
