Where is the best place to get phone numbers for cold calling. Both b2c and b2b. Is there a service that provides lists based on location, or is this secret information?

To find numbers for B2B cold-calling, see if your local library gives you access to Reference USA. If so, then use it.

depends on how targeted you are trying to get. if you just want some numbers to call - I would just grab a yellow pages and start with the A's. like the above poster said reference USA is a great tool if you can get your hands on it.

Thanks, is there any system for grouping mobile numbers together to call? Or any patterns that people know about. For example first 4 digits mean something? So every number with 0411....is from a specific location (or whatever numbers ).
