      one of the thing I saw was that a company was using last names in order to target racial demographics.

      Vietnamese and some other asian nations were very easy to spot.

    Native Americans do not follow the same guidelines that other Americans do, so the info you get may be quite unreliable. What you may get is a list of people who opted to admit that they were of Native American ancestry. Many Native Americans on Indian land operate as their own Nation and may not have their info out there like the rest of us.
