Marketing CPA Offers Offline with Flyers or Business Cards/sizzle cards

Hey Folks,

I've heard marketing CPA offers with cheap pieces of paper can work well (I found a place that will print 10,000 business cards for $100).

What I will do is buy a domain name, put it on the flyers and redirect people to a CPA offer. The offer will have Broad Consumer Appeal and I will also capture the people's email addresses.

Surely if I just walked up and down streets and dumped 10,000 cards in mailboxes, I'd make a profit on $100, right?

What offers should I put on the cards?

It's against most cpa policies to promote the offers offline.

    check with your network first.

Whatever you do don't put the cards in MailBoxes. You will soon meet the Postmaster.

I don't think flyer marketing is illegal in Australia. Besides, the cards will be small and will be offering either free or cheap products/services to the residents. I highly doubt the post office would care.

If you're going to do this then definitely stick to niches that are going to appeal to a wider audience. Since this will be totally untargeted advertising, a strong headline and message will be very important. Also, maybe include a small QR code on the flyers for people with smart phones to scan.

I'd go with one of two niches if it was me. 1. Make money online. 2. Diet/Weight loss.

The make money online approach would be my first choice as it would have a wider reach, but obviously a lot of people struggle with weight loss and are usually willing to try absolutely anything. Best of luck, would love to hear how you get on with this,

What you would be better off doing is finding and high selling product on Clickbank.com or JVzoo.com that has a high appeal to many people and then taking your affiliate link and buy a domain name to forward to your affiliate link and create a drop card or half page flyer ad for your products and hand it out door to door, etc. this will convert better and make you a higher profit per sale.

      I hope this helps,

      Martin

Hey Thanks Martin. I know you have been successful promoting websites via offline methods. Can I possibly speak to you on skype for a few minutes to bounce some ideas?

I would STRONGLY caution you (or anyone else, for that matter) that plans on putting any items in people's mail boxes. The postal service does not take kindly to you stealing business from them. You will get a nasty letter from the Post Master General (or the equivalent in your country) and possibly be slapped with a hefty fine. It is illegal (at leas in the US) to deposit any mailable items in a mailbox that were not, in fact, mailed out via the postal service.

I would NOT do this. Just a fair warning.

i have been toying with this idea for a while. i have printed 10 000 A6 flyers as well. handing out flyers door to door seems like the best option so far

walking from house to house compared to.... walking from seat to seat.

((go to a sports event or concert extra early before the crowd, and stick your paper on every seat.))
