Tracking Direct Mail?
Right now my thinking is to track campaigns by each individual city that I'm mailing to, separating the buyers from the leads from those that didn't respond. I would probably just do this in excel so I know what pieces to resend the leads versus those that didn't respond at all, and I will put the buyers into a 3rd category for the followup pieces.
Just want to make sure I'm on the right track here. I will be mailing most likely every 21 days (got that from a Halbert discussion).
