Assembling a sales team dilemma

I am in the phase right now of constructing a sales team and creating a plan but am facing a slight dilemma. I'll keep this short, but specific.

A lot of you, as I have in the past as well, sell items/services for hundreds and even thousands of dollars. With my new venture, I am selling a service, b2b, that will only cost $10/month. The plan is the sell it in volume and have a recurring revenue stream monthly.

My problem is this. When I sold things with a larger price tag and profit in the past, I was able to pay sales professionals on commission and everybody won. My question to everyone here is:

If you were in my position, offering an inexpensive $10/mo service, how would you construct your sales team. Commission only, commission + hourly, just hourly?

Really looking forward to hearing your opinions on this and thank you in advance for any info you can provide!

Better have a budget to make payroll. No commission only salesperson is going to work for you selling a 10 dollar product unless you are supplying them whit crap loads of qualified leads, and at that I probably would not sell it. Reality.

Yeah I would think you will have to salary the salesteam and set quotas. First couple of months will be run at a loss until you have a solid income stream.
