Experience going from Local to National

Fellow Warriors,

I have a small company and we specialize in strategic management and marketing for other small to medium size businesses trying to attract the instant gratification (21st Century client).

For the past couple of years it has been built by referrals and door to door business development. Many of our clients we work with over the internet (even though they are local), so I figure branching out to other areas and doing the same is reasonable even with our small team of 5.

We have websites and blogs in development and we are not internet "tarded,"
but curios to hear from anyone who has done the same and has been successful or had a hard time doing it.

Looking to develop a clear strong strategy to see if it'll be worth it.

Thanks!

    Hello Matt,

I'd be willing to offer consulting services to your firm. I've been in Internet Marketing for 9 years. While my passion is teaching, my agency does well for our clients.

I have experience in what you seek. I'm the founder of a National Same Day delivery company, that we brought up from a local player. The firm delivers over 200,000 packages a year now. I'd be happy to consult my experiences with bringing this small local company to a national front.
