Membership/Subscription Manager Software For Offline Product

What membership management solutions are available for offline products?

I need something to keep track of subscriptions, but it is not for a downloadable product. I think this could be done manually in Access or Excel; but that might be a little clunky.

I need to have all the basic contact info, and then 10 different subscription choices. I just need to be able to keep track of what is going on.

Is there any easier solution to this than plugging it in Excel?

    You may want to have a custom made program that will help you organize your stuff. It would be easier if you done it on access than excel.

    When you say offline product, are you talking about a service you offer that requires monthly subscription payments? There are lots of freelance software that will automate that for you. Give us some more info of what youa re looking for.

      Yes, that is what I mean. I need something to keep track of it all. Lets say there are 10 services billed monthly, but I need something to organize it. Not just for payment purposes but also for organizational purposes. I need to organize who gets what and for what month...


      Lets say its 10 magazines. How do I keep track of who has subscribed to what and how long the subscription lasts so I could outsource the mailing.

    I use to use whcms when I first started. it provides billing, subscriptions, membership options, and the ability to track projects.
