Lead gen pricing -> moving service

What do you think would be an accurate price per lead for a moving service? I looked throughout the internet to find a price but could not find any resources. I recently developed a lead gen site for the service and its picking up in call volume so I need a price to pitch to potential clients.

    I have a moving client that currently pays $5 per lead but other moving companies get it at the same time. I would think $15 for an exclusive would be fair. It really depends on how well your leads convert. I've seen movers spend tens of thousands of val-paks and mailers.

    You could try either a survey of your moving companies focusing on what they are already paying or offer them a batch of leads for free then have a scaling system depending on how many they buy.

    You could also offer a monthly account for x dollars depending on how many leads you supply.

    Also do a search on adwords for the niche and find out how much they are paying then go direct to those companies and undercut the adsense price or value ad your product.
