Cold Calling Database List - Where To Find?

Ok, I'm getting frustrated at the lists I'm obtaining. Currently I have someone scraping the Yellowpages here in Australia for random businesses without a website (my target market) within a zip region.

It's either, the business already has a website but didn't list it on YP, or I get fax numbers, diverted numbers to residential or just plain wrong numbers.

Is there a website or place where I can buy lists that are 'clean' and fit my criteria?

    I would recommend that you get Mobile Renegade by Ken which is an amazing software that scrapes the yellow pages. You can find it for sale on this forum. I am in no way affiliated with it but have been using it with very good results.

    Best list -- the one you've created yourself.

    A lot of the data in lists are purposely BS'd to deflect telemarketing, ie, DNB data on officers, etc.

    Door knock 20-30 different businesses a day a year, you'll have somewhere between 4800 and 7800 business names, complete with decision makers' names, competitive data, and appropriate follow-up information.
