Redirecting phone calls + recording

Hi,

I want to get a local phone number, redirect calls while recording them and keep it in a nice log. This is because I'm selling leads and want to keep track of valid leads etc.

How do I go about this? Someone recommended Callfire, however they don't accept PayPal and I don't own a credit card. What's the alternative? Came across pbxes.com but I don't understand it for one bit.

Help much appreciated.

    Hey Xed,

For local numbers you can use Twilio.com, they have the best selection in my opinion especially because they supply Canadian local numbers (which is where I'm from) and their pricing is only $0.01 per minute/text.

For recording, I came across this cloud software called "Analytic Call Tracking" (link here, no aff), it seems to do everything you require. I've never personally used it yet (will be buying it soon) but seems like the best solution.

This sure seems like a winner and the pricing look great.

Does this system offer the ability to send a weekly customer invoice via email and integrate with Paypal for customer payment?

If not, are you able to share how the customer invoice and payment works with this system?

I'm looking for an alternative to Chris Winter's Kallzu system.

Thanks for the tips. Those platforms look great but both CallTrackingMetrics and Twilio only accept a credit card. I need something I can purchase with PayPal.

Quite odd since they both seem to operate internationally and it's not as customary to have a cc in some countries as it is in the US.

Still looking for a platform that accepts PayPal.

    CallFire works fine for me.

Forwarding, local or LD numbers, whisper feature and recording of calls plus more.

I haven't checked in a while but when I was comparing, they were the best price on both buying the numbers and on cost per minute.

If you have a PayPal account, you can get the PayPal debit card. Works just like a credit card.

Re: Charge Card. Ask a bank if their debit card has a visa or mastercard logo on it. If yes, you can open a bank account and get a debit card with a visa or mastercard on it. You have to put money into the account like Paypal to withdraw funds though. When you use the debit card to make a purchase and you don't specify that it is a debit transaction, than it goes by default into a regular charge transaction with visa or mastercard and the money comes out right away or within a day or two. There is no charge card bill or balance forwarded. You don't need to get a charge card or pay Paypal. If anyone says that they cannot except a debit/charge card, then they need to join 2013 and update their terminal.
    Good Luck!
