Just had two good people fall into my lap
Just hired an old friend to make phone calls for my computer business and found out she knew a lot about computers. I didn't fill her head up and she never asked me to explain terminology! Then I just had a guy I interviewed in a niche I'm entering for computer lessons who was PERFECT. He was already in that niche and just graduated IT school WITH teaching experience!. I call these Godincedences.
I may be paying these two too much (commission) and I'll take any advice you folks may have on that, but right now I'm thinking I'll get paid a little and they get paid well and stick with me. Otherwise I have to try to find good people all over again.
