Email Marketing- Online companies

Hello Warriors,

It's My first topic on here, i just have a quick question that am sure i can get help with.

I have a list of Email Addresses for ( Managers, and High Level Employees ) That includes first and last name - email address - company name - and position held in the mentioned company. (2.5k+)

Is it worth selling? i have seen a lot of topics around selling those emails, yet i wanted to test it.

So i have sent some business articles to 1500 Email. from my list it received 21.6% open rate. and to be honest Title wasn't even that interesting.

I would appreciate an advice here on what i can do?
