Guys; The book Local Online Marketing is free from Amazon from now until Friday. Some of you have downloaded it, but I wanted to make sure anyone who wants a copy can get it for free.

The book outlines everything I do to dominate Google page one search results for my retail store and my client's businesses.

    Great book. It is targeted to small business owners but also allows those that sell to small business owners a peak into the world of how Claude sells. And yes the book is designed to sell. But it is not designed to be a sales pitch. Seeing the difference in action can be very valuable to anyone marketing to small business owners.

      It's a Kindle book. You can download it to your Kindle or to your computer. Your tablet is the same as your computer. Just choose "Kindle on computer" instead of "Kindle". Enjoy.

    BTW do you get charged by Amazon for people who buy it while free? I have been curious on how free worked on kindle books.

      The "Free book days" are part of a program. I can offer the Kindle book free for 5 days every three months. I'm not charged, but I'm not paid either.

      These are counted as sales (at 10% the rate of real sales) by Amazon. So it helps in Amazon rankings, and it's a good way to get a few more reviews. Thousands of people download these free books to their Kindle.

      This works much better if you have multiple books. Because once someone reads your free book, they want to read the rest, and of course that costs money.

      Giving away Kindle copies for free doesn't hurt sales of paid books, and it's good advertising.

      I will say this though, I've never traced a client back to getting a free Kindle book from me. They all came from paid books, mostly printed copies.
