Warrior Forum HelpDesk Errors

I have been trying so many times today to submit a support ticket to the HELP DESK about the username and password problem for the HELP DESK.
Each time when it comes to the CAPTCHA Verification, I did it and then I get the message that the answer I gave did not match.
I am very surprise because it shows very clearly what the text are and I have entered it until I have given up and my only course of action is to post a New Thread about this problem.
Does anyone else share the same incident as me?

    I haven't tried creating a ticket yet at Warrior Forum's Help Desk, Julian.
    But have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Try that and try to create a ticket again.
