Advertising Locally for Offline on YouTube

I'm looking to promote a company locally using YouTube videos and I'm looking for the proper method of getting 1000's of views to these commercials at a reasonable cost.

Can you point me to articles or special offers that would help me with that?

    For a local business you'll need to target a country specific traffic. I think you should go with banner ads on the sites that also operate locally in your country or your city.

    Make facebook fanpage, you can also target location wise. Link to your videos. Your focus on should be on your local audience and use the site they are using.

      Thanks for the advice, but:

      I was looking more for a video solution where I could show commercial from my clients to local residents watching youtube.

      So when someone is my area is watching regular videos about kittens, a commercial for a carpet cleaner specialized in cleaning pet stains would show up before the video.
