How should I get pay (and how much) if marketing an Industrial Cookie Bakery?

I work in the warehouse for a Cookie Bakery that supply cookies for the food industry and would like to approach the owner about doing marketing/web exposure or lead generation for the company in hope getting more $$$.

What I am trying to figure out is how I should get pay because an account can be worth millions over the years.

I don't want to deal with office politics, having people looking over my shoulder and checking/approving my work and so on, so I am leaning towards lead generation.

I did a test on on Alibaba last year and got a few inquiries but never show the company. One was for 20,000 lbs of cookie dough every month. The company from what I know sells cookie dough @ $2 a lbs. Not sure who pays for the shipping.

The company supplies cookies to national and international Fast Food franchises, restaurants, distributors etc all over United States, and have customers in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Kuwait, Norway, Australia etc that they ship container loads to weekly or monthly yet theyare a small business doing about $30 million-$50 million a year.

How should I structure this so I will get paid maximum $$$$$$? Residual would be ideal.

Also wondering if its best to up an export/import business to sell cookies? and then expand to other goods?

Thank you for any input and help in advance.
