Lead Gen For Assisted Livings?

Does anyone have any great success stories with a becoming a lead generation for assisted living senior communities?
I have a background in caregiving, certified nurse and marketing. I would like to first start of with a local website, landing page and word of mouth. I look forward to hearing everyone feedback. thanks

    I have a good friend who worked for 2 different outfits and both of them are always scrambling for: new clients and getting help to show up at present clients.

    So anyone you approach will be all ears.

    BTW, today the Feds reclassified in-home caregivers making them eligible for min. wage whereas they were exempt previously and classified in the same category as baby sitters.

    This means the costs to all of these outfits will go up, when makes it even more critical they get their marketing game together.

    What you can do is, target local keyword searches such as 'city caregiver', etc.

    Put up a site, get traffic and sell it to the highest bidder.
