"Stay strong and stay the course..."
I just wanted to make a quick post today to encourage you stay strong and stay the course.
If you've taken the time to create a plan and a strategy that you believe will help you hit your consulting business goals, then don't waver from your plan.
Simply keep going.
In fact, double down.
Send twice as many emails today. Send twice as many targeted direct mail packages today. Call twice as many leads and prospects today.
Turn it all up and go all out today.
Then take the weekend off, if you can.
And by the way, when Monday rolls around, don't go back to your same old daily goals.
Keep doubling down.
Duplicate the same doubling down all next week just like you're doing today.
Then, after next week, don't ease up just because it's the end of the month.
Keep doubling down all the way through the end of September, October, November and December and straight into the beginning of 2014.
You owe it to yourself, your family and your community.
Instead of pitty-patting around because it's "holiday time", double or triple your effort so you can finish the year out with a bang instead of a whimper.
Don't go slow and steady. Go fast and steady.
What do you have to lose?
Nothing.
But you do have everything to gain.
So, go for it.
Don't let today go down in the history books of your life as the day that you eased up off the gas pedal. Or the day that you slid into the weekend with little to nothing to show for the week.
Let today be the day that you chose to go for the gold.
