Make Money With A Local Family Caregiver Site

7 replies
I have a background in health care and certification plus marketing that I feel I'm knowledgable to provide resources to families about caregivers etc. Do you think its a lucrative business? Also, I contacted a assisted living about a possible lead gen and she was interested... I'm trying to see what's the better idea

    What you see as two separate things, I see as the same.
    You could provide a free report on what to look for when considering a care giver, and give it away to collect emails on your lead gen site.
    You could also build a directory site for care givers and use your knowledge as content for the site. This will educate and drive traffic.

      Check out David Cisnero's latest WSO on "Senior Living"! It's a terrific Video and Graphics for Reports you can get prospective Senior Living places to provide for their prospects.

      One of my "advertising clients" (A Retirement Apartment bldg.) where the units rent for a min of $1800/mo and go up to $4,000/mo so.....just ONE rental per month will more than pay for my fee.

      I'm using Dave's "Senior Living" PLR package;
      * Branding the video with my client's logo and contact info
      * Using CallFire to "control" the phone number (re-directs to client's number AND I can see exactly how many calls come in)
      * Uploading to YT and Optimizing for Page One for my KeyWords

      Take a look at Dave's WSO!

            Ya......Senior Living facilities are IN DEMAND.

            I bought David Cisnero's recent WSO on Senior Living and ....ONE question;

            What's the most popular KeyWord for "Senior Living" info?

            1) Senior Living
            2) Elder Care
            3) Assisted Living

            Thanks,

    This should give you some ideas:

    Caring for My Mother, Caring for My Parents - The Care Navigator Blog by Pamela D Wilson

    The Care Navigator - Pamela D Wilson

    I think you can do lead gen as well as run a directory, or get into helping people with all aspects of Senior Care as Pamela does. She used to have a local sponsored radio show.

    Besides legal and financial, etc..., she even had a moving company sponsor that specialized in seniors. A senior moving into assisted living often has years of personal stuff and a household of furniture that needs to be managed.

    There is so much to cover in this arena, and there should be opportunity for you for years to come as US society is getting older.
