Local Client Leads - Important Questions - Insight Appreciated

I hope this post finds everyone well.

I am looking to set up a business somewhat similar to Talor Zamir's Local Client Expert.

Would like to create a landing page and generate leads to it through multiple sources (not just Google Adwords as that course suggests.)

Does anyone have experience with this type of business have a specific course to suggest?

I would like to do this for clients with a high transactional value in a medium size metropolitan area (not for businesses locally as I hate face to face sales meetings.)

One thing that I see as critical is being able to offer, as Frank Kern says, "Results in Advance" so that I am positioned as someone who is leaving money on the table for only one client (in that field) in that region.

The problem with that is I am unsure where I would initially send those leads until a client is secured.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

I am looking to charge $1,000 for my first client so I would need to send them a significant amount of leads and, again, it would have to be a customer with a high transactional value per client.

Also, I would not want to have to overcome the hurdle of them perceiving that I am attempting to "change their business" so I would want this landing page to be something that converts (not sure if I would send the leads to their site or simply capture contact information) well but would not have any of their specific business information up-front.

Lastly, in addition to providing any insight into methodology and courses (or Warrior Offers) that might outline this process, does anyone have any thoughts as to who the "best" clients to target might be?

I realize that this might be different for everyone dependent upon their specific knowledge base and area being targeted.

Anyway, thanks in advance to anyone who can help! This is a very important project for me as I need to execute right away.

    I would be interested to see how this works out for you. I’m not sure what others have experienced but I’m thinking you won’t be able to land big clients spending that kind of money with just a sales page. You will need to have face to face “sales” interaction.

    Unless a company just has money to burn and your sales copy is very compelling, no on is going to plug in their credit card number for 1000 bucks without talking to someone first.
