Reviews Plugin or Theme for all platforms?
I am looking for a theme or plugin to solicit customer reviews (good ratings go to review sites, bad reviews are emailed or text messaged to business). It would be a bonus to have ratings posted on the company web site as well.
It needs to work on desktop and mobile equally well. I have tried several products on WF, but none of them look correct on mobile. I guess if mobile works then desktop would render large but at least be readable. The desktop versions I tried cannot be read on mobile.

N7 WP Feedback Theme
I don't know if WP Review Hub (not for sale) would work or not.
Any ideas?
