Lead Generation Websites - Where Should I Sell Them?

I have a couple of leadgen websites I'm looking to get rid of dirt cheap (roofing and auto glass). Normally I would keep these and try to sell the leads or lease/rent the sites. However, I simply no longer have the time and there are other niches I want to focus in on.

So my question is, besides here on WF and Flippa, has anyone else sold sites on any other platforms with any success?

Less than $500 each, and yes they get leads (phone calls) every month. You can see any of my other threads, I don't B.S. around when it comes to the leadgen game.

Someone who actually has time to sell could probably flip these (or lease them out) relatively easy. If you want to really increase the value, I would bust out some more SEO

      * Niche: (2) Roofing - Target Geo: Knoxville, TN - Calls Per Month: 2-8
      * Niche: Auto Glass - Target Geo: New York, NY - Calls Per Month: 27 calls in Sept. (new site)
      * Niche: Auto Glass - Target Geo: Tulsa, OK - Calls Per Month: 5-8
      * Niche: Handyman Services - Target Geo: Denver, CO - Calls Per Month: 4-8
** All sites include a YouTube channel and several optimized vids - It's really more of a "done for you" system than simply just a website.

I may be interested in the roofing one, pm me details. What type of theme is it using? Does it have good ranking? How old is the domain?

I don't want to waste your time - or mine. For you newbs, I think you'll quickly learn that there are a lot of tire-kickers and free info seekers on here and I'm not looking to create any unnecessary competition for myself. I've received a lot of PMs, but unless I know you, I'm not willing to give up the URLs.

If you are seriously considering this kind of investment (buying a leadgen website), what you should be concerned with is the documented RESULTS! (that would be the number of calls).

Any discussions outside of the details I've already given would be on a case-by-case basis and likely require some sort of deposit.
