I am about to Start Offline Marketing Consulting and services Business in my country ,

What are the services I can provide to the local Business owner ?

What way I can profit My Company ?

Any more advice will be appreciated

    You are about to start it but don't know anything about it?

    Anyway... you can sell a lot of different things.

    - Websites
    - SEO
    - Video Marketing
    - Video Creation
    - Logo Design

    etc... tons of topics on here about that.

    You can profit by selling any of those services for more than you outsource for. Or if you do it all yourself, you profit pretty much all of it.

    My advice would be to read up quite a bit and decide what you can offer business owners to help their businesses generate more revenue.

        then start off by listing what you are already doing/ going to do so we don't all state what's obvious to you and so we know what angles you're approaching it from.

    I would focus on what solutions you can provide. In my offline business we provide all the usual services but its how we package them into solutions that makes a big difference in how we price them.

    So we don't just sell a business owner a new website ... we sell them an online marketing system which includes websites, seo, video, social etc.

    You will find this a more profitable way to approach the business and it makes it hard for prospect to price shop.

    Why don't you venture out into your community and introduce yourself. Then ask the business owners what they are having trouble with. Is it leads, is it their bounce rate? Do they even have a website? Conversions? What's their SM status look like?

    Once you know what their problem is, then you have a chance to help them find a solution. Solutions are much easier to sell than services alone.

    What is it that you can do to help local business .
    They are looking for more business.

    Find something that you can offer that will help them and keep in mind they are
    very busy running their own business and do not have time to keep up a social media presence and stay on top of what the latest advertising methods are working.

    They are looking for results fast and convenience.

    So I am not about to go into a speel on what you can offer .

    You should know what you can offer and how you can help them.

    If you do not ?

    Then I would do something different...
