Recurring Income in Offline Business

Hey everyone ... I am relatively new to the forums here but not new to Offline Consulting.

As I grow my business one thing that I am focused on is adding as many recurring income streams into my business as possible.

So with every proposal I am making sure that the solution includes as much recurring income as I can. This is a combination of services such as SEO, hosting, video marketing etc.

In the past when someone wanted a website I would just put a proposal together for that ... but not anymore ... now every proposal has a large element of recurring income built into the proposal.

Interesting thing is the last two clients who have signed up have not blinked at the recurring monthly fee of $1000 a month for additional services.

All I said to them was ... 'There is no point having a great looking website that no one visits, right?'

So this has really got me thinking ... how do I build my entire business around recurring monthly income services?

The recurring monthly services I currently have are:

- Web Hosting
- SEO
- Video Marketing

And I am about to add a monthly high quality newsletter membership for probably $27 a month.

I am curious what other services are you offering that have a recurring monthly income stream to them?

    I have been in the offline space for over 7 years and what evolved into my most profitable along with easiest to implement and create a reoccurring income with is SMS marketing .

    I get paid from each of my clients $275 and up every month on the 4th for 4 text messages a month each.
    All the client has to do is text me their special for the week and bam....

    It is so easy as my business evolved I have stopped offering so much because SMS is so easy I give away a free trial then I build a list of all of their customers (once I do this they are customers for life) then we advertise to them specials ...

      Glad to hear SMS has worked so well for your business. I as well got into SMS marketing not to king ago and I have to agree...it's the most successful recurring service I've ever had.

          SEO, Website design/hosting, classified ad marketing, social media

          SMS has been the best for me because it's easy for the business owner to see results and it's a simple method that they can understand.

          Maybe I'm not as good as explaining/delivering the other services as some of the other warrior members here...but personally I've had the best results with SMS.

          I'm actually in the process of creating a business only for SMS and will most likely only be working with SMS from here on out.

      Thanks for sharing ATAC ... great idea with the SMS marketing.

      I have not gone to far into Mobile Marketing as yet but will look into it.
      Sounds like a great service and no doubt clients get value from it as well.

    I'd give the newsletter away for free (as added value) in conjuction with another monthly service. It's how i built up my offline contacts list, so whenever i want to run a special on services like mobile website design or promo videos, I can send out an email & I'll have orders within 24 hours.

    Don't forget about offering SMM services, as well as reputation management.
