Paypal for recurring billing or subscription (question)
If I have a regular Paypal account that I use for Amazon, Ebay, whatever -- and I want to set up a subscription or recurring billing link that I can send to a few offline clients, do I need a "Business or Premiere" account?
The Paypal site is allowing me to set one up and create a link, but I just don't know if there will be problems later.
I can't find a cut and dry answer on the site.
Anyone experienced with this?
