Starting a reseller program for my startup. What are your thoughts?

Hiya Warriors,

My startup has created a standardized local business template.

They can serve as a business website (by pointing a URL at their listing) or as an add-on to their web presence. In this mobile world, a lot of local businesses have old or outdated websites - many of which are slow and unintuitive to navigate as well as hard to update.

Potential customers have heard of a business before visiting a local biz website (either by Yelp or word of mouth). So by the time they get to their actual site, they're looking for very specific information like daily specials, events, and menus.

In response, we developed a standard, mobile optimized listing for local businesses that communicates the most important information quickly and easily. In addition, we're offering a cheap, add-on service that allows business owners to send their updates directly to us and we'll update their listing. How frequently they update is decided by the plan they're on.

Benefits for local business
1.) Never hire a developer again. We manage the look and feel of these websites centrally, so if iOS or Internet Explorer goes through an update, their listing is updated to be optimized as well.

2.) Never be out-of-date on the web again. Rather than having to learn WordPress or any other CMS, they can just send us their information and we'll update all their information for them.

3.) Hosted on our super fast cloud servers and SEO optimized.

Reseller program:
We're offering these pages at $19/mo to claim their page, $29/mo to do a monthly update, or $39/mo to do bi-monthly updates or unlimited inbound ones.

We know this is super valuable already, so we know we could tack on a monthly commission to these prices and try to get a sales force. These sales guys would make a sale, hand it over to us, and then reap the benefits without ever having to do any servicing.

That's the idea. I'm wondering what you think and what you think enticing commission structures would be.

EDIT: Well, not commission structure. End user wouldn't have to know how much we're making - rather, how much could they tack on to the existing $19/$29/$39 is what I'm interested in (if this is even a good idea at all)

Thanks a billion.

I guess people will ask if it is possible to use their own domain instead of your URL. The price is good for having a website hosted on own domain, but they already have a website I thing they will not want to pay monthly fees for just a listing.
