How to offer Pay Per Lead services?

Hi all -

Does anybody know of a service (software or service) that will allow one to offer their own niche pay per lead service?

For example, lets say I had a website that had tons of traffic related to teeth issues (just an example!). Instead of accepting advertising directly on the site, I'd like to sign up dentists who will pay per lead.

There's obviously a lot of tracking that needs to take place along with reporting etc. Plus, possibly/optionally even a phone number (allocated to every dentist perhaps). Given the logistics, do you know of any hosted service that does this or in the alternative a good software script?

    Considering the many hoops involved and the different processes that need tracking, this sounds like a purely custom job. Thankfully, there are tons of freelance sites you can use to get a project going. Pro tip: be very clear or else your costs will go up.
