Easiest $1,000 You Will Ever Make No Cold Calling And Copy Paste

This is a technique I have been applying, one of the most misunderstood sales tools is Google Analytics, specifically their dashboards, and so what I did was I created a free report called: “Are you making these 5 mistakes that are costing you money?” In this report I added links to some Google Dashboards I created and gave a little explanation of what they mean and how they can improve their revenue.

These links once you click on them ask you what website you want them to be implemented and once you chose the site, they will show you these information:

As you can see it is a Business Intelligence type of dashboard, the people who love this type of reports are directors and owners. Here is another one:

After they get the report within the report there is a backlink to my site and my phone number with the call to action: "Call me to implement these changes”

People will call you to implement the entire number of dashboards (because some of them have not configured all their Google Analytics), some others will call you to implement the changes you have recommended.
You can easily charge $1,000 to set up the dashboards (just copy and paste the links) and more to solve any other problem they may have, Feel free to copy the information here and create your own versions. PM me if you need help

Here are the links, you can create your own report with these information:

Recommendations:

A few things you might want to consider, Bounce rate, It is a measure of how many visitors leave your site after seeing only one page.

Take a look to this column and see if a special category, content, or resolution have a special high number, this may give you a path to improve your site, the reasons may vary, but check common things such as the definition of your images, videos, if your site can be watched on a cellphone, is your text too small? Is it readable? Does your page/video takes too long to load?
See the part about the browsers and verify that your site is visible in all those browsers or if it’s not deformed in any of those sites

Social Media Dashboards:

What to watch out for and how to use the data?

- Check what days work the best for your content.

- Understand which social platforms work best for you

- You can see what social platform generates the most money.

- You can see what sources have high traffic and low value and what sources bring high value even they may be lower on the traffic volume.

- Social media is such as buzzword, but this dashboard can help you to identify what networks will bring the best results and which ones are just a waste of time.

- You may see as well how some platforms works "naturally" meaning that people share your content there without you actively promoting them.

- See what content from your website is most shared, this can help you to create more content around that topic, and help you identify where to promote it.

Sales Cockpit

https://www.google.com/analytics/web...QdCVIuWJpmTIfw

- Are you generating enough traffic ?

- The traffic you are generating is converting into sales/leads?

- Can you improve your website conversion? (If you increase your conversion rate by 20% (not 20% percentage point, but from say 2,0% to 2,4%) and keep your amount of traffic stable, then you will likewise get 20% more orders.)

- Are your traffic sources any good?

- What are your cash cow(s)

- This dashboard should help you to pinpoint traffic sources and visitors that will leave you the most money.

Use all these information to decide where to focus your online marketing efforts. Direct your marketing spend towards the high value traffic sources.
How to translate all this information into specific actions

- Spot the most valuable keywords, Work to get longer keywords variations from those that are already converting and to increase the visitor value.

- Do some additional research on all 10 keywords in this list. Check your existing rankings in Bing, yahoo and Google so you can know where you stand.

If you´re not already number 1 and the keyword has a high “Per Visit Value”, then check the webpages above you and try to assess the effort required to move into top spot (you might need an experienced SEO consultant to assist you with this assessment).

If you get 1,000 visits and attractive income while in 4th or 5th position, you might get 10 times as much in 1st position!

Track your SEO progress

The SEO dashboard will now give you a great overview of whether or not your SEO efforts have yielded the expected results.
Although you can’t hire or fire SEO consultants based on this dashboard alone, but you can indeed use it the basis for performance discussion with the guy or girl who is handling your SEO activities.

- Your PPC and SEO activities are really two sides of the same coin.
You can use high-converting keywords from this SEO dashboard to get inspiration on what keywords to add to your AdWords campaigns – and you can benefit from your AdWords statistics when trying to spot keywords that holds good organic search potential.

Although the competition might be fierce, you will often be able to spot 1 or 2 keywords from the AdWords top 10 widget that should go on your list of target keywords for your SEO campaign.

This is not an easy sell. It's laid out like $7 WSO that does not deliver.
You can designed as you wanted, I just told you what I am doing, the dashboards are already created and the advice as well, why is not delivering? besides that I am giving you the information, dashboards and analysis for free?

I can not talk for the others, those who find it useful they will apply it, those who don't is ok, direct marketing is not for everybody.

This may require more analysis and work than most people are willing to put, and probably is not that easy for them, a matter of perspective.

I admit I don't know a lot about G analytic dashboards...but then I'll bet 95% of most business owners don't either which could make it a good opportunity.

Could go either way... if 95% don't know, then you have a lot of educating to do. I think maybe the OP has higher educated clients, or maybe works with big companies that have a separate marketing department which would explain the 7 sales. I'm not sure the regular small business owner would go for it... but then again, maybe its just the regular small business owners that I've dealt with.

Cool stuff though, interesting at least. I saw a blog post a couple weeks ago with a bunch of dashboard templates and configurations like this too.

    Hi there,

@patadeperro Thanks for posting this. It is useful information for some people and it sparked another idea for me that's similar and we'll be implementing it this coming week for testing.

You'll always have people "questioning your claim" just to knock you down. It's a forum after all...

    All the best,

    Sasha

It is a good oportunity, you are getting the sale from the consulting side, you are showing them that you know the topic, you are analyzing the information they already have and telling them how to improve it, then those who contact you are the ones interested in what you have to offer, from configuring the dashboards with their data, to implement the advice you gave them etc...

Please PM me the link you get, it may be some error, but the process usually goes like this: you click the link it takes you to your analytics, you chose what site you want to see the dashboard and it takes the information you have there, send me the link you are getting so I can fix it please.

Good points IAmNameLess, I actually use the report as well to classify the prospects, usually the ones that contacts you to configure the dashboards are higher companies, the ones that see the analysis and ask you to esplain them more or to know how they can do that, are smaller companies that does not have a lot of experience, it depends on you which ones you are going to serve, you are right, I try to go with bigger companies that have several sites or a ecommerces, because it is an easier sell and they are willing to pay more, nevertheless I think this kind of report can give you a lot of authority even if you are working with smaller prospects, it can give you certain levarage and positioning.

I'm really bothered that you didn't use a period during that entire paragraph lol.

Care to explain what all you offer, and how exactly you do prospecting for the bigger companies or ecommerce companies? I'm sure at this point you already have a pretty good reputation which would help, but you had to get there somehow. I've dealt with a few pretty big companies but it wasn't exactly anything special I did to land the sale(s). Just kind of a right place/right time type of thing.

I think this is really cool and kind of a breath of fresh air for this part of the forum. Tired of seeing the same things over and over again. I'm also a bit intrigued maybe due to my recent obsession in analytics.

I work A LOT ON POSITIONING, working towards
my position as an expert infront of my prospects,
this is a fictional example on a segment I
dont know a lot, BUT it explains my process
              pretty well:

              a) I mostly go for B2B clients, they are bigger
              and have more money.

b)look for a B2B website that is big enough,
old enough and have enough activity to buy advertising
(I have done it as well renting lists from specific
magazines, it is the same principle)

              c) I buy advertising on such site, and send it over
a squeeze page, I offer a case study, white paper
following the principles of direct marketing,
Interesting headline, call to action, give me your
info and I will give you these case study/white paper

L make this example more specific, I chose the
industry of hearing aid technicians, I would create
a white paper called :"7 ways where you can extract
at least $3,453 more in less than 5 days from your ecommerce
by just giving a couple of clicks on your Analytics
              software",
              I would give them
the report I gave you above and I would put some
examples of the entire dashboards and I will explain
them for example how they can get more traffic and
better conversion if they are in the 1 page, I would
give them the SEO dashboard, I would explain them
how to start getting very focus PPC keywords, explain them
how to read that on their dashboard, etc... I will explain
7 techniques that can increase their revenue that
we already know, I know as well that at least one
client can give them from $1,000 to $1,500 dollars
so all you would need is to get 2 or 3 clients to achieve
the goal you described in your case study.

What happens here? just people that have ecommerce
websites will click on it, so you know there people
have ecommerces, use Google Analytics and are interested
in getting more from what they have.

After that I made a lot of follow ups with auto responder,
webinars, etc... I mix content with sales messages,in this
way I am separating people who I am interested to work with
from the curious, so they are "chasing me", they go to the
webinars when they are ready, I qualify them, so I just work
with people that have the money to pay me.

Let me know if you have more questions.
