This manufactuer of indsustrial water filters
had a smart new owner.

He asked the previous owner... "what do the people ask when they phone in?

Turns out, 2 things.

do they stock x?

what is the price of x?

So the new owner made a catalog available
which would give answers to those questions
on the top of the website.

Everything else stayed the same.

This one change took them from 6 leads per month
to 6 leads per day.

They didn't have to invest one red cent more
in advertising to get that 30x lift in leads.

    Great share!
    The business owner that Ewen mentions was obviously a smart marketer. If business owners are listening and lurking here I hope they realize that if they themselves do not feel up to the task of marketing design they should get someone that specializes in the field. Finding holes in the marketing like this can be insanely profitable.

    I have seen enough posts from Ewen to know he would come up with ideas like this in his sleep and there are several others on this forum like that as well.
