Any Indians in the house doing Offline Marketing with businesses in the US?

I'm Sooraj.. from Bangalore, India. So, I'm looking to network with Indians who are into Offline Marketing (Online Marketing for Offline Businesses, which is basically the theme on this on sub-forum) with offline businesses based in the USA.
I'd also specifically like to understand how you go about contacting your prospects (e-mail, phone, etc.), what kind of services you offer them, what are the major hurdles (technical, logistical, etc.) that you face, etc.?
I see so many inspiring threads of offline success on here (and a BIG Congratulations to everyone winning it there

I'm personally interested in the local lead generation business model. There's clear value in what the client gets, and he gets to stay or leave if he doesn't really see the ROI. On that front, are there any WSOs you guys would suggest me to look at?
