"Will 2014 be your breakout year for your offline business?"

Hey,

If you are to have any chance of 2014 being the
banner year that you want, you're going to have
to change some things.

Maybe it will be spending more time prospecting
on a daily basis.

Maybe you'll finally have to hire a coach and hear
some not-so-nice things about what you've
been doing wrong.

Maybe you'll have to stop buying so many wordpress
themes, data scraping software and training courses
and implement the ones you already have.

And as usual, it's not that I have anything against
wordpress themes, scrapers or training courses.

It's just that most of them simply delay your success
or even derail you from the things that will actually
result in you making money.

At the end of the day, all of those things that you
and I have bought over the past few years are just
tools that we can use to accomplish a specific goal.

And as long as you keep that in the forefront of
your mind, you'll be fine.

But at this stage of my business, I'm more interested
in the principles and guiding philosophies to help me
quickly go from zero to sixty while building
sustainable success.

Principles and guiding philosophies like...

- Focusing with single-minded tenacity for three or four
days in order to build one complete lead generation and
service fulfillment funnel.

Then setting aside thirty minutes a day to test various
front-end marketing methods like facebook ads, email
marketing or linkedin marketing to fill that funnel.

- Setting aside a few hours each week to test out
another niche or two using simple little landing pages
with video-based lead magnets that I can make in
twenty minutes.

The goal is to have dozens of landing pages for various
niches in order to add another two or three lucrative
niches to my portfolio each month.

- Finding one or two places a week to run ads that
actually sell a service I offer.

This could be local business resource websites, chamber
of commerce newsletters or industry association magazines.

I'm looking for the quick hits and easy sales. They
happen all the time, but you have to actually have a
ad that's selling something to get them to buy from you.

And those three are just a few of the money-making
activities that you could also be doing on a daily or
weekly basis in your offline business.

See, I love new gadgets, products and training courses
as much as the next guy, but I'm brutally honest
about what I'm actually buying.

I'm not buying leads. I'm not buying clients. I'm buying
a tool that may or may not help my business.

But while I'm playing around with that tool or course,
I'm sticking to my three or four daily actions that
directly lead to making money.

That's my hope for you in this upcoming year.

That you sit down over the next few days and weeks
and come up with your three or four daily money-making
activities and then stick with them.

They don't have to be the same as mine, but they do
need to actually make you money consistently.

Alright, see you in the winners circle,

Chris

P.S. If you're having trouble coming up with your three
or four daily money-making activities, shoot me a email
and let me know what you're currently doing and I'll
share my thoughts and insights on what may actually
work better for you.

    1. Making a squeeze page
    2. Writing a small report
    3. Upsell sequence
    4. Everything else:-)

I realised that I have to completely overhaul my business model - I spent too much time talking with clients, so now I want to focus on short, 4-6weeks max programs, in and out. Hopefully it will work:-) well, hope is not my strategy, I will have to make it work...
