Advice to scale up my little business (if I can name it that way)

Hello, Guys, Since I joined this Forum I´ve learned through WSOs and through the advices you guys share here, and have made some money since then.

I started as "part time" (yes, I still have my boring 9-5 job).

Nothing new, I create videos and position the on Google.
In a small scale I have a few happy clients, but Its no enough in order to me to leave my job. So, What do you guys suggest me to grow this little business?

and (if there is anybody here from UK) what would be the proper amount I could charge to each campain?

I do an animoto and then ranking the videos on youtube + Google for local business.

Any advice will be welcome,

thanks in advance.

There are a couple ways you can scale this.

One, create similar videos for different locations. So if you have a video for carpet cleaners in London, then create a very similar video with different phone/web overlays for kent, Brighton, and other cities (I think those are all English cities ). Rank them all for their different areas.

Two, control the flow. In your videos, your phone numbers and websites should be your sites. Not client sites. That way if the client leaves, you can always point your videos to a new client.

Three, use whisper messages for your phone numbers. A whisper message will let the person receiving the call hear a message before anything else. You could say, "This is a hot lead from Bill's lead generation service." Send them free leads and follow up a week later and ask if they want to pay. This is your hassle free sales tool.

Four, repeat. You can use this for each city in the UK. You can use this for each niche in the UK. Build up your network of video channels and associated sites.

As far as how much to charge, that depends on what kind of services and products you are promoting. If your client is only making $50 per sale, you aren't going to be ale to charge that much. You have to build in a ROI for the client.

So let's say that your client averages $100 profit per sale. And it takes 8 leads to make a sale. That means each lead is worth $12.50. If you have a lot of leads coming in, you can charge less. Maybe $2.50 per lead. If your volume is low, you need a bigger piece of the pie. Up to around half of the profit. Remember, this is all free money for the client.

You'll have to work out the numbers for each client. Hopefully they are making more than $100 per sale. And keep in mind the lifetime value of a customer. If the client makes multiple sales to each client, then you can take take all the up-front profit and leave him or her the back end.

    Hope that helps.

Actually I was working a bit differently, I was contacting leads in order to offer than a spot on the first page of Google...

Then I create animoto videos and linkbuild them until they reach the first page...

usually charging around 150€ setup fee then 25€/ month...
Using the model this way I don´t know how to scale up...

Long ago I´ve done the model you suggested, but all the Dentists gate keeper´s shut me off! One of then even hang off the fone in my face!

So I make enough as an extra.. but not enough to leave my boring job!

You all always make this so complicated...

How did you get your current clients? (your answer here)

ok...now do it again, and again, and again...

          Literally...

First off, you should try increasing your price substantially.

Try $500 and $50-100/mo based on performance.

Also, I think you need a new angle here.. link building is dead (or at least way less effective). Are you a photographer? I have an idea if you are, and know there's a good group of people in the UK doing it successfully. PM for details if you want.
