Google + Local Listing Without Address

Hello Warriors',
How can I create a dummy listing for demonstration purposes? I can not give my home address for privacy reasons. Creating the listing is easy, but then do I have to verify the listing by entering a pin shown on the Google verification card?Thanks

    Others might have better ideas but this has gotten pretty hard if not impossible lately. Even shared offices like Regus and the like are hard to get approved lately. If your not screwing people over or doing anything illegal, why not just use your home address and change it later?
