Numbers 5, 9, and 10 caught my eye the most. Which ones resonated with you more than others?

No.6 - the fear of taking calculated risks is one I need to work on.

And yes, No. 9 - I find myself resenting other peoples' success. I don't want to be that way and I'm definitely working on that, but sometimes I just can't help myself. I think I'm working hard and just treading water while others are succeeding. I need to learn to be happy for them and just work harder myself to get where I want to be.

No 13 - Expect immediate results. I find myself maybe not exactly expecting immediate results, but wanting them. I'm learning to be patient and stay for the long run.

Thanks for sharing the link, BigBee!

    Interesting read.

    # 4 took me a while to master (waste energy on things they can't control). Oddly I was convinced I could control everything. Now I have learned that I can only control almost everything ;-)

I also take some of the points in the article with a bit of a grain of salt. Mentally strong people absolutely do some of the things in the list but simply do not let themselves by paralyzed by it and absolutely never admit to another living soul (even a therapist) that they were bothered by it.
