Looking for offline email follow up sequence

I want to have series of email follow up messages that must be written in such a way that I can easily convert them for any niche.

In other words, I would like the ability to quickly change a few words (a kind of fill in the blank system), click a button, and generate a unique series of email follow up messages for any industry.

Example paragraphs:

Here at xxxx, we love what we do, but most of all, we love helping you solve your xxxx problems. Imagine what it would be like if you could xxxx, wouldn't that be great? Well, as far as that goes, we've got good news and bad news for you.

The good news is, when you take action on our special offer today, you'll be able to xxxx in xxxx.

The bad news however is... we only have 5 available slots and its first come, first serve, so you if xxxx is really important to you, you'll have to act fast, pick up the phone and call, 555-5555-555

Blab bla and so on...

Bad example of copywriting, but you get my drift.

Do you know of an existing product (preferably PLR) out there that is like this?

This might be a good software idea for anyone who wants to run with it. Any feedback is much appreciated.

I suppose you could just setup a mail merge document in MS Word and just update that document's data source with the information that will be inserted wherever your placeholders are located. Then just copy and paste into your email client.

Merging mails and adding contacts in database manually is considered a best practice for marketing . But is it ethical also ?
