Anyone using magnet/tripwire concept from Frank Kerns Black Friday Bootcamp?

I watched a replay of the bootcamp and got a lot of ideas out of it. The basic concepts weren't new but the way they've created their sales funnels through testing was very informative. I've read a few posts about it here from people who were just started to test the lead magnet/tripwire concept.

Since the concept seems sound and based on massive testing I wanted to check back and ask how your tests are going. I'm in the process of setting up some tests but it will be a few weeks before I can report back.

Hi Ron, My partner has come up with a self audit tool
and the submissions will get sorted into Infusionsoft
to get their own group messages.

Very sophisticated list segmentation happening.

Right now we are getting Insusionsoft set up to
get this to work.

The tripwire concept is going to be implemented in the Forex and dating
info business after I've spoken to guys in it.

So getting things set up is where everybody I know who is doing it
is where we are at.

Is there any reasonably priced software to run these sales funnels? The ones that I have seen are very pricey for beginners.

There is a work-around by using one of your standard auto-responders.

My client who is starting out can segment lists
according to their actions,
or non actions he said.

I don't know what one he is using or how he does it, sorry.

Yes, you can set up groups and segment in MailChimp based on opt-ins, products purchased, etc...

  +1 on MailChimp, never used that product directly but I'm using their SMTP service Mandrill and the deliverability is astounding.

You can create proven high converting landing and thank you pages using Leadpages. They integrate with all major list software.

Most of the systems that do sales funnels well charge a fairly hefty monthly fee from my research. I just signed up for Delavo Gold but am having a hard time wrapping my mind around how to get it all set up.

I think maybe your definition of sales funnel may be different than others. I'm not sure how they're pricey, because you can technically code it yourself, or use an existing autoresponder solution to segment based on certain triggers. Mailchimp is good, but not if you want to do affiliate marketing.

Almost forgot to comment on the OP. I watched the webinar, one of the very few that kept my interest.. I haven't really implemented any of it yet and not sure I really want to.
